Peterborough | Sibson Airport (ICAO: EGSP), also known as Sibson Aerodrome, is located 6 NM (11 km; 6.9 mi) west of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England and 1 km (0.62 mi) south of Sibson, Cambridgeshire.

It has a CAA Ordinary Licence (Number P5877) that allows flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee Peterborough Flying Club. The present airfield lies to the north of the original site. The original airfield lay to the south of the one surviving T1 Type Hangar on the airfield. Sibson Aerodrome is home to ‘Peterborough Flying Club,’ formerly the Northamptonshire School of Flying which was based at Sywell Aerodrome, in Northamptonshire.

Peterborough Flying Club offers a comprehensive selection of pilot training courses, including the JAR UK Private Pilot’s Licence and National PPL. For the PPL wishing to hone their skills, Sibson School of Flying also offers flight instruction for night and IMC qualifications as well as AOPA Aerobatic Certificate courses and Taildragger conversions. We offer ab initio training on Tiger Moths.  We offer conversion training from other aircraft types and also teach aerobatics and formation flying. The Tiger Moth is a perfect training aircraft: it is easy to fly and forgiving of pilot mistakes, yet at the same time to get the best from the aircraft you have to fly smoothly and accurately, which will help you fly other aircraft better too

Based at Sibson Aerodrome, J & J Aircraft Services,  is an EASA Part M subparts G & F and M3 approved maintenance organisation servicing and maintaining both Annex I and Annex II light aircraft.

Sibson Aerodrome is only 40 minutes from London by air. Sibson is a delightful airfield with two runways 06/24 and 15/33, and a busy flying school. Sibson Aerodrome is the only surviving satellite airfield of RAF Peterborough, now Westwood, Cambridgeshire.
